Why 4-5 WEEKS for deliver on custom shoes?     All orders are placed with s2s supplier on a Monday of each week. The first 3-5 days are to confirm orders and send payment. The shoes are made normally within 14-20 working days. S2s has conformation from supplier of dispatch date, then allowing time to go through customs and delivered to s2s, this would normally be 4-6 days. Your shoes will be checked and posted 1st class with Royal Mail. If there are any problems with your order or any delays s2s will contact you. Or you may contact s2s to check your delivery date.

How are dance shoes different from normal shoes?
Dance shoes have a more robust upper construction in order to take the stresses and strains of turning and moving on the dance floor. s2s are equipped with natural suede soles, this ensures the correct level of grip versus slip required for turns and pivots on a typical dance floor. Normal shoes can result in a strain being put on knees and other joints due to the foot not being allowed to pivot freely.

What size should I order?
s2s have a full detailed shoe chart with the length and width of sizes on all shoe pages.

What heel should I choose?
We advise no higher than you would usually wear in the day. (We get more exchanges for smaller heel sizes) If you normally wear flat shoes, then we suggest a 2 inch block heel or smaller.

I am a beginner, which shoe would be most suitable?
Choose a low heel, no higher than 2.5 inch. You need to concentrate on learning to dance in comfort rather than trying to stay upright! A shoe design with closed in will give you more support.

How should my dance shoes fit?
Dance shoes need to fit like a glove! so your feet do not move around inside. However, not so snug that they dig into your feet and stop the circulation! Please bear in mind that the shoe will stretch with wear. You may find that some styles suit your foot shape better than others.

What are the soles made of?
All s2s dance shoes have natural suede , this is to ensure the correct level of grip & slip required for turns and pivots  on a typical dance floor.

I have wider feet, can you help?
s2s dance shoes are made in a medium width, but we can have styles made a little wider to the sole or extra material to the shoe upper. Please contact us for your requirements.

I need a larger size than listed?
s2s shoes can be made up to 9.5 in Ladies, Size 13 in Men’s.

I would like the same shoe a friend of mine ordered but I can't find it?

How do the shoes fasten?
s2s shoes fasten with a buckle and hook. We have different diamante buckle to sparkle your shoes up. Please look at our accessories page.

How do I keep my shoes in great condition?
Suede soles should be cleaned with a wire brush to remove dirt & raise the nap. Brush them as hard as necessary to remove the debris.

When will I receive my order?
Stock shoes ordered and paid for before 4 00 pm. will be sent out the same day Monday – Friday
Custom shoes should be received within 4-5 weeks. 

Why have you taken payment before delivering my shoes?
