We want you to enjoy your shoes! If you are unhappy with them for any reason, s2s will be happy to receive them back and a refund or replacement will be arranged. The first pair of replacement shoes will be sent out free.

 Due to the nature & colour of suede soles, please try your shoes on a clean carpeted area as marked soles cannot be returned. Please ensure the original packaging is also returned in the same condition along with a copy of your invoice. We would advise you to insure the package as we are not responsible for lost packages that are sent to us.

Please note: Shoes should be returned in an unworn condition within 14 days for refund or exchange. We reserve the right not to accept returns after this period or at our discretion charge a 10% restocking fee. A refund it will be issued within 10 working days of us receiving the shoes.

All shoes are quality checked at both manufacture and again prior to dispatch. Should a shoe develop a manufacturing fault during wear then we will investigate this fully. Shoes that have been wilfully cut or damaged in anyway will not be refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected.
